STRATEGIC AIMS, OBJECTIVES AND PRIORITIES
The strategic priorities for Ribble Valley Homes are as follows:
• To ensure that the housing stock meets the needs and aspirations of our customers and is to the Ribble Valley standard highlighted in the pre ballot consultation process.
• To provide the highest possible quality of services
• To ensure that our neighbourhoods are places where people want to live now and in the longer term.
From transfer to the end of 2013, Ribble Valley Homes will invest almost £15 million in its stock, and has targets to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
There are three people that make up Ribble valley Homes Senior Management Team with Christine Grimshaw as Managing Director. Their wealth of experience in the housing sector results in Ribble Valley Homes delivering innovative, cost effective and worthwhile projects for the local community.
Christine Grimshaw- Managing Director-
I have worked in housing since leaving school, I have worked for Local Authorities aswell as RSL'S.Following the transfer of the Housing Stock from RVBC I was appointed Managing Director of Ribble Valley Homes having been Housing Services Manager at RVBC for 9 years. My current role is to oversee all areas of the RVH business in particular ensuring promises made to tenants at transfer are delivered. I am committed to high levels of customer service and keen for residents to tell us what we do well and also what we can improve on.
Rod Pearce - Investment Manager
I graduated with a degree in Building surveying in 1996 from Sheffield Hallam University and started work as a maintenance inspector in the same year for Rutland housing Services in Leicestershire in the same year.
I became a Charted surveyor in 1998 at the same time as moving to work for Ribble Valley Borough council as their senior surveyor and became surveying manager before being involved in the stock transfer. My responsibilities include delivery of our property investment plan and the maintenance services provided to our tenants.
Katherine Hudson- Finance Manager
Katherine has been finance manager for Ribble Valley Homes since its creation in 2008. Prior to this she was an Assistant Managment Accountant at Places for People. She is responsible for all financial affairs of Ribble Valley Homes including strategic planning, financial reporting and control.
Stephen Fell- Housing Services Manager
They form the senior managment team of Ribble Valley Homes and together they will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the promises contained in the offer document to tenants.
